Baigon Dry sabji

Tasty onion-less sabji for chapathi.


Required items:
  • baigon(brinjal) -4
  • daniya powder(coriander powder)-2tsp
  • ginger
  • green chilly -1
  • salt
  • turmeric powder
  • cooking oil
cut the baigon into square pieces.cut the ginger into small pcs.Take 3spoons oil in a kadai and add ginger ,green chilly and daniya powder.add the cut baigon vegetable,salt and haldi and fry the vegetablesAfter the baigons are roasted well the sabji is ready to eat with chappathi.

Kadai Veggie 7

-Α simple and easy 5-step side dish for chapathi.Enjoy!


Step 1

Take 1 no of each of the following-

  1.  Potato
  2.  capsicum
  3. carrot
  4. beans
  5. peas
  6. Onion

Cut all of them into big slices and sort it

in the kadai with one spoon of oil.

Step2

  1. Tamotoes--4nos 
  2. red chilly-2pcs 
  3.  corainder seeds--1spoon
  4. Garlic--3pcs/flakes
  5.  ginger--afew pieces,
  6. fenugreek seeds---1/2spoon
  7. cloves--3pcs - fry the above and grind in a mixer.
Add 2spoons of oil and sort it again to make
 a thick paste.while sorting add 1spoon salt, 
 pinch of turmeric and red chilly powder 
if required.

Step3

add the paste to the vegetables and let it boil for 2 minutes.

Step4

Make a paste of little 
  1. sugar
  2. milk 
  3. curd
  4. butter 
and add to the vegetable

Step5

Season with fresh corainder leaves
Paneer and cheese toppings optional 
 Serve hot.
