Kadai Veggie 7
-Α simple and easy 5-step side dish for chapathi.Enjoy!
Step 1
Take 1 no of each of the following-
- Potato
- capsicum
- carrot
- beans
- peas
- Onion
Cut all of them into big slices and sort it
in the kadai with one spoon of oil.
Step2
- Tamotoes--4nos
- red chilly-2pcs
- corainder seeds--1spoon
- Garlic--3pcs/flakes
- ginger--afew pieces,
- fenugreek seeds---1/2spoon
- cloves--3pcs - fry the above and grind in a mixer.
Add 2spoons of oil and sort it again to make
a thick paste.while sorting add 1spoon salt,
a pinch of turmeric and red chilly powder
if required.

Step3
add the paste to the vegetables and let it boil for 2 minutes.Step4
Make a paste of little- sugar
- milk
- curd
- butter
and add to the vegetable
Paneer and cheese toppings optional
Step5
Season with fresh corainder leavesPaneer and cheese toppings optional
Serve hot.
